Helpful Hints
- Always keep your receipts to help resolve potential errors.
- Keep your address up to date in the Office of the Registrar. This
is our best means of communication.
- Be aware of deadline dates (ex. add/drop period, course withdrawal,
pass/ fail registration). Please refer to the Academic
Calendar for deadlines. Failure to comply with appropriate deadlines
can result in severe academic or administrative penalties.
- Drop or withdraw from courses by the appropriate deadlines. If you
are registered for the course, you are responsible for dropping or withdrawing
from it whether you attend the class or not. Even if the professor crosses
your name off the class list, you must still drop or withdraw from the
course.
- Expect a bill for the amount of credits for which you registered.
Review the bill carefully, Make sure you are billed for the appropriate
number of credits. If you do not receive a bill, check with the Bursar's
Office.
- Regardless of College, all students are recommended to seek academic
advising at least once per semester.
